No. CraftMe charges no commission, no lead fees and no booking fees – neither for new customers nor for regulars. What your customers pay for a job goes entirely to you.
You pay the business directly – by invoice, transfer or however they offer it. Prices and durations of every service are shown before you book; larger jobs usually start with a quote visit.
Open a business profile – from the feed, the map or search – choose a service such as an on-site quote, pick a free time slot and confirm. Depending on the business, your booking is confirmed instantly or after approval. You’ll get a notification either way.
Yes, you can cancel a booking in its booking details. Please let the business know in good time – many have their own cancellation terms for scheduled jobs.
Choose a project area and a style and describe your idea in your own words. The AI creates visuals in seconds. With the room photo mode, you upload a photo of your room and see the idea in your own space. AI ideas require the AI subscription.
Download the app, sign up and switch your profile to a business account. A short setup guides you through address, services and working hours. Then share your profile link – and you’re ready for your first booking.
Yes. With the Team plan you invite colleagues to your company, assign services to employees and your customers choose who they want to book.
No. With your profile link, customers can also book directly in the browser – they just sign in with Google or email. In the CraftMe app they also get chat, reminders and their appointment overview.
