Booking platforms usually charge in one of three ways: a monthly subscription, a fee on the first booking of new customers, or a commission on every booking. Before you choose, add up what each model costs you per year with your number of jobs.
Your profile is your booking page: services with price and duration, time slots, breaks and days off. Requests arrive as notifications – approve them in one tap or confirm them automatically.
Export your customer list and service menu as a CSV file and import it – you see a preview with duplicates first. Connect your current calendar via its iCal link, so nothing is booked twice while you use both.

No. CraftMe charges no commission, no lead fees and no booking fees – neither for new customers nor for regulars. What your customers pay for a job goes entirely to you.
No. With your profile link, customers can also book directly in the browser – they just sign in with Google or email. In the CraftMe app they also get chat, reminders and their appointment overview.
Yes. With the Team plan you invite colleagues to your company, assign services to employees and your customers choose who they want to book. Roles from employee to accounting decide who sees what, and the team board shows who works when and where. Every team member uses their own account – free, or with their own Pro for the Pro tools.
